Welcome to the private BECOMING RN™ Coaching Community—a confidential and supportive space for new graduate nurses completing their first year of practice. Use this community to reflect, ask non-patient-specific questions, celebrate progress, encourage one another, and continue conversations from our monthly live coaching sessions.
Group Rules
Protect Confidentiality
This is a confidential coaching community. Do not share patient names, initials, photographs, medical record numbers, dates, room numbers, diagnoses combined with identifying details, or any other protected health information. Do not identify employers, coworkers, preceptors, leaders, or healthcare organizations when discussing workplace experiences. What is shared within this group must remain within this group.
Communicate With Respect
Help us maintain a psychologically safe and supportive community. Communicate respectfully, listen without judgment, and honor differences in experiences, backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, gossip, or disrespectful communication will not be permitted.
Coaching Is Not Clinical Advice
This community provides professional coaching, education, reflection, and peer support. It does not replace your employer’s policies, clinical education, chain of command, medical advice, legal advice, mental health treatment, or emergency services. Questions requiring immediate clinical decisions must be directed to the appropriate resource within your organization.
Do Not Share or Record Group Content
Posts, comments, resources, live-session discussions, recordings, and participant stories may not be copied, photographed, screen-recorded, downloaded, reposted, or distributed outside this community without permission. Replays and program materials are provided only for registered BECOMING RN™ participants.
Maintain Professional Boundaries
Do not use this community to criticize, shame, expose, or file complaints against an employer, coworker, preceptor, leader, patient, or organization. Workplace concerns should be addressed through the appropriate organizational process. Participants may discuss experiences in a general, de-identified manner for coaching and reflection.
Participate With Integrity
Contribute honestly, encourage other participants, and take responsibility for your learning and professional growth. Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, experiences, or completion of program activities. Violation of these community expectations may result in removal from the group or coaching program in accordance with the program policies.
Commit to Your Growth
Your growth requires your active participation, personal responsibility, and consistent effort. You are responsible for completing the program content, attending or watching the live coaching sessions, engaging in reflection, applying what you learn, and dedicating the time necessary for your development. Enrollment provides access to coaching, guidance, and resources; however, your progress will depend on your willingness to do the work. Individual results will vary based on participation, effort, application, and circumstances.
Keep the Community Free From Solicitation
This community is dedicated to coaching, connection, encouragement, and professional growth. Do not use group posts, comments, or private messages to advertise or sell products or services, recruit participants, promote unrelated events, request donations, or add members to outside groups without their permission. Resources that may benefit the group should be submitted to Dr. KiKi for approval before being shared.
