BECOMING RN™ Coaching BECOMING RN™ Coaching is a faith centered coaching experience created specifically for new graduate registered nurses navigating one of the most exciting, challenging, and transformative seasons of their nursing journey: the first year of professional practice. Graduating from nursing school and earning your RN is an incredible accomplishment, but stepping into your first nursing role can bring an entirely new set of questions, responsibilities, emotions, and challenges. You may find yourself wondering, Am I doing enough? Should I know this already? How do I find my voice? How do I build confidence? How do I navigate difficult situations? How do I become the nurse I know I am called to be? You do not have to navigate those questions alone. BECOMING RN™ provides an intentional and supportive space where new graduate nurses can learn, connect, ask questions, reflect, and grow alongside other nurses who are walking through their first year too. Through coaching, practical guidance, meaningful conversations, professional development, and faith, participants are encouraged to strengthen their confidence, clinical judgment, communication, resilience, leadership, and professional identity. This experience is about more than surviving your first year. It is about becoming. BECOMING RN™ creates space for you to learn with purpose, connect in a safe space, grow with confidence, and thrive in your calling. You will be encouraged to bring your questions, your experiences, your wins, your challenges, and even the moments when you are unsure of yourself. Because becoming a nurse does not end when you pass the NCLEX, receive your license, or accept your first position. You are still growing into the nurse you were created to become.
